Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Draqla Streams account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed via LivePay using mobile money (Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Cameroon) or Visa/Mastercard. Prices are set in UGX; mobile money outside Uganda is charged in local currency and cards in USD, at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment confirmation. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except in cases of verified payment errors.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not share accounts. Each plan allows a specified number of simultaneous devices. Sharing account credentials outside your household may result in suspension.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Draqla Streams is protected by copyright. You may not download, record, reproduce, or redistribute any content. Draqla Streams provides content under licence; we do not claim ownership of third-party content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for commercial purposes, circumvent geographical restrictions, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, use automated tools to scrape content, or attempt to bypass subscription enforcement.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services including Cloudflare, MongoDB, or LivePay.
7. Content Availability
Content availability may change due to licensing agreements. We reserve the right to add, remove, or restrict content at any time without notice.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.
